It makes no difference to them if they pay you or the repairing garage for authorised repairs, we just want to make the whole process as quick and hassle-free as possible.

We do however recommend that you read the claims process and terms and conditions so that you fully understand the process, our only word of caution is not to go ahead with any claim yourself, without first obtaining authorisation from Warranty First, to do so will invalidate your claim and that is the last thing we want to happen.
